Every PUAKSAI piece is produced after your order is placed. No excess inventory, no pre-made stock. Each item is made specifically for you.

Production Time

Production takes 2–7 business days from order confirmation.

Delivery Estimates

After dispatch:

• Australia: 5–10 business days
• New Zealand: 8–14 business days
• United States / United Kingdom / Europe: 10–18 business days
• Rest of World: 12–21 business days

These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided once your order has been dispatched.

Multiple Items

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate parcels depending on production timing.
