Faulty or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect — that’s on us. Contact us at hello@puaksai.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Change of Mind

Because every piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind as a general rule. However, if something doesn’t work for you, reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to find a resolution.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of wear.

Sizing

We strongly recommend checking the Size Guide before ordering. Made-to-order pieces cannot be returned for fit issues — this is why the guide exists.
