What does PUAKSAI mean?

Where are products made?
PUAKSAI pieces are produced through a made-to-order workflow with quality print and embroidery production partners. Every item is manufactured after your order is placed — not pulled from existing stock.
How long does shipping take?
Production takes 2–7 business days after order confirmation. After dispatch:
- Australia: 5–10 business days
- New Zealand: 8–14 business days
- US / UK / EU: 10–18 business days
- Rest of World: 12–21 business days
A tracking number is provided once dispatched.
Can I return an item?
Faulty or incorrect items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos — we’ll arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost.
Change of mind: because items are made to order, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns as a general rule. Reach out within 7 days and we’ll do our best to help.

I’m not sure about sizing — what should I do?
Check the Size Guide before ordering. Made-to-order pieces cannot be returned for fit issues — this is why the guide exists.
How should I care for my PUAKSAI piece?

Yes — PUAKSAI ships worldwide. Rates and estimates are shown at checkout based on your address.
